John was very professional and great customer service. Brad was the one that came out and sprayed my house and man what a great guy! He was kind and on time, texted me asking if he could even come earlier because he had a window of time before our scheduled appointment. I will always go with Total Pest control from now on. I used to go with Terminix but had quite a few of bad experiences with them. Looking forward to doing business with Total Pest Control for as long as I stay in corpus. Also has very fair prices!!

John was very responsive to my request and a very patient listener. Due to no fault of his own, my issue with rats was overwhelming. He did his best, including a second visit, and then insisted on a full refund because he felt he failed to meet his guarantee. He also showed a great deal of sensitivity given that the house was occupied by my dying brother. I would not hesitate to recommend this company in most any circumstance.
