Middlebury Fitness is a community health and wellness center where we put our members needs first. Founded in 1997 we currently feature a wide variety of the most current strength and cardio equipment by the leading brands in the industry. Our program and group fitness class schedules are designed to meet the growing and ever changing needs of all members who range in age from 13-93.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: I as the Participant and/or Parent/ Guardian represent that participant, as a party to this agreement, acknowledge that there is inherent risk of injury associated with virtual classes, exercise, physical training, fitness classes, dance classes, strength training classes and other forms of exercise.
Our 15,000 square foot facility is bright, clean, modern and packed with all the most current strength and cardio equipment from leading manufacturers like Cybex, Star Trac, Matrix, Hoist, StairMaster, Precor, Octane Fitness, Hampton, Body Masters, Tuff Stuff, Concept II, Rogue and more!
We have 3 group fitness studios, a women's only exercise room, tanning, huge locker rooms with dry sauna's, private showers and plenty of lockers for all your gear.

A clean, bright and spacious cardio room filled with lots natural light highlighted by expansive views of Middlebury south. You'll find this room very well equipped with cardio machines from quality manufacturers like Precor, Cybex, Octane, Matrix, Hoist, Tuff Stuff, Quinton, Life Fitness, Stair Master, Star Trac, Woodway, NuStep, Concept II and more!
Our free weight room is loaded with all the leading brands in strength training equipment. Brands include Matrix, Hoist, Star Trac, Body Masters, Hampton, Hammer Strength, Tuff Stuff, Rogue and more! The roomy 2,000 square foot space is equipped with everything you'll need for Olympic lifts, functional training or just an overall total body strength routine.
A bright and modern room filled with CYBEX, the commercial strength line proven to be the leader in selectorized strength training for fitness facilities. The Cybex line is the evolution of superior technology combined with a passion for fitness. These selectorized machines use independent movement to train each arm according to its need.
