Morin's Studio is a full service photography studio, housing our own in-house processing lab and camera shop. Located in Milford, MA we have been at our 14 Pine Street address for over 65 years. They seem to make contracts with high schools all over then don’t work with the families. They don’t explain much and for the parents who work full time and can’t get out to them they are unwilling to work with busy schedules. Pictures are good but not that professional quality that they are charging you for. Then they are too busy to answer phones and be polite. DO NOT RECOMMEND GET BETTER PHOTOS OF YOUR KIDS ANYWHERE ELSE.

I live right in Milford near their store and I wanted to bring in two cameras to get cleaned. I called them on a Saturday morning Monday and also Tuesday and I have received no response. According to their website they do camera repair so I figured they were local and I will try them out. It's very sad that they don't really care about people at least that's my impression

Used the studio services for Photo printing. Was highly rushed during the visit, when we told photos taken and print cuttings had mistakes as per specifications , instead of retaking the prints , we were rushed away from store. Was not pleased with customer service and photo prints were of no use. Only good thing was they offer refund but we visited the store to get the things done right not refund so we did not opt for this.

This is NOT a camera shop. They have no products except a few tripods. Two low-end Canon lenses on the shelf for purchase. Person at the counter had absolutely NO INTEREST in helping me find what I needed.
"We can order it"...yeah, so can I. Absolute waste of my time.

I was into Morin Studio today for a head shot for my new companies website and newspapers. It was a real last minute thing and Mr Morin really did an amazing job for me. I needed it today and for a small rush charge, I got it just a few hours later. I will be sending all my employees over to see him for there headshots.

Just called to inquire about purchasing a full frame Canon camera from them and was completely dismissed and rushed off the phone. They offered no alternatives. Pretty lousy customer service. I recently moved to the area and was hoping to find a local Canon dealer to do business with. Apparently it won't be them.

I went into Morin's 11/16 for a camera issue that was resolved quickly and for free. I went in the following Summer for the same issue and was treated so poorly, so harshly, that I went out to my car and cried. There are so many wonderful photographers and camera shops to choose from who DON'T make you cry, don't make the mistake of going here.

Nice, local business with great photography equipment and first class customer service and care when it comes to handling your photos and videos. I've bought prints, had VHS tapes converted to DVD and also had them quickly make a memorial DVD for a wake with photos and music I had on hand. Recommend highly!

Was in looking for simple thing. Salesman did not seem interested in helping me. Told me to go elsewhere. I may not have been dressed all nice . And only wanted to purchase something small at the time. But did by a new $2000 camera someplace else the following week. Would have bought there had salesman been more helpful.

Do NOT go here! It doesn't even deserve 1 star. I just paid over $350 for Senior pictures that included 1 8x10, 6 5x7's, and 24 wallets (that no one wants anyways but it is part of the package. They have HIDDEN charges that up their prices. Don't be fooled by early discounts and coupons!! In their pamphlet it states they "may" add retouching per pose- well according to the woman it is mandatory and it is nothing I asked for!
