Just before a cold-snap, our furnace went out. (Of course!) We were able to get a representative out to our home the day after I called, and he was able to locate and repair the issue in a very short amount of time. The cost was a bit higher than we anticipated, but included a 1-year service plan which was explained to us and we feel that we made the right choice by purchasing it for future service calls & bi-annual inspections of our units.
