All hair care services include: personalized consultation, shampooing and conditioning for your specific hair type, blow-dry and styling. All staff members at Total Concept Salon function as a team. At any given time you may have one or more team members assisting your needs. As a result of this team effort, please feel free to request other stylists as often as you wish for various services.

I'm someone who visits salons very infrequently due to feeling uncomfortable about my lack of knowledge about hair/hair care. I moved to a new area and was in desperate need of a haircut and advice.
I scheduled a last minute appointment as a new client. Sarah welcomed me in and discussed what I was looking for before getting started. She provided professional and honest advice, and made my experience comfortable. Following her advice, I left with a lot of great knowledge about professional hair products, and left with a great hair cut!
