Service was not good. Paint was not clean properly. It was left on the rubber under the door which makes it sticky and hard to open the car doors. The trunk door was not closing properly. The gap on the left & right side are not symmetrical. I went back to ask to have rework. The owner, Johnny Kotik would not come out to see me & would not answer phone calls.
I won’t recommend anyone to this shop.

Although the owner of the shop (Johnny K.) was nice and relatively pleasant, his painter's lack of skill and reasonable industry OEM standard showed once the dust settled. They repainted part of my trunk three (yes three) times and on the third try it still wasn't right and arguably worse. Three (3) days turned into 24 days for a simple half trunk respray. The match is at best 65% as they completely missed the mark on orange peel, flop, and tone. If you have a complex paint job such as a dynamic metallic color, I would advise you to not come here. Highly recommend coming here for any auto body work you need done!! Johnny and his team were super transparent and communicative throughout the whole process, and they did an amazing job! My car looks brand new, and it is impossible to tell that it was ever damaged. Despite the insurance company not responding to calls or emails, International was able to push through and me a rental while my car was in the shop. Johnny even drove me to the Enterprise himself! We took our Mercedes 2009 C300 manual transmission there. Got in a minor fender and insurance wanted to total it, but the car transmission is rare and hard to come by. I wanted to keep the car and Johnny was able to work with the insurance company and not have it totaled. He made the repairs and the car looks brand new and runs perfect. Excellent customer service and very honest.

I went to Johnny as I heard he was one of best! He was easy to contact. He made me feel at ease from start to finish. Very quick and accommodating. He dealt with the insurance so I didn’t have to. He completed the work in about three days. (Painted and replaced rear bumper).
When I got the car back, it was clean inside and out! Really appreciated that! The car looked awesome. It’s never fun to have your car in the shop but this is the shop to bring your car to if you ever need work. Well done!

I've 3-4 great experiences, and my dad and grandma have come here too, usually working with Johnny, but everyone on staff will smile and take care of you. You feel like it's your big brothers or uncles who have the good shop to take care of you. You can just tell they're good people. Polite and very knowledgeable. The walls are covered in certificates for every make imaginable, foreign and domestic. They understand insurance companies better than I do, too, so it was just so great to have well-rounded advice.

This was very big repair job that required a lot of mechanical and body work all paid by insurance. From my observation, I think they did an excellent job of matching the paint. I got under the car and inspected the replaced parts, which looked all good to me. Also, I noticed that they touched up a bad rock chip on my passenger A-pillar. They kept me periodically updated on the repair status with texts and phone calls.
I took off a star as I feel that there were some quality control issues that wasted a lot of my time to address. I think I went to the shop a total of 7 times, when it should

If I could have given these guys 6 stars, I would have. A friend of mine was in an accident and took her Mini Cooper here. They were wickedly fast, and the work they did was phenomenal. After having 2 bad experiences with the local dealership (rhymes with "Rowdy" in Burlingame...), I decided to give these guys a shot. Johnny did all my custom body works for my previous car and my current 2016 WRX. He did a top notch jobs for matching the paints and make sure the body panels are on the car correctly which I am gratefully and much appreciated how much time and effort that he and his team put in to help me to build my dream car. Right from the start Steven made me feel very comfortable. I had read all the five-star reviews and decided I have my BMW detailed here.
