I went to see Dr. Rodriguez for a general visit to update my prescription and I had a great experience. Dr. Rodriguez explains everything thoroughly and in a manner that is understandable for me. I also had a great experience in purchasing glasses. I explained that I needed glasses that would work with my hobbies such as running. The opticians at Family Eye Health helped me put together a pair of glasses that would work for me when I run at night and also polarized prescription sunglasses for when I run during the day. Dr. Estrada and her team were incredibly nice and helpful. The clinic is extremely clean and professional. The checkin process is very straightforward and I never have to wait before getting my exam started.
The front desk worker was really nice. The tech who ran the eye exams was extremely nice as well. They have many cool machines here and the whole process of getting my eye exam by the tech was so smooth and straightforward.

Excellent visit! I went on a Wednesday and I was seen by Dr. Rodriguez( I think that’s what her name was.she had long blonde hair) she was very professional and extremely patient with me with trying to figure out which prescription works best for me. I haven’t been in the office since 2016. All the staff was very nice and everything was up to covid standards and distancing. They had a deal with contacts and glass with a contact rebate so I took advantage of that. I also like that I have 3 more appointments for 30 days to perfect my prescription. Will be coming back!

Family Eye Health was excellent during my visit. The office is definitely kept clean and safe especially due to the covid precautions. The front desk, tech and overall staff are very nice and helpful. Dr.Rodríguez was great! She answered all of my questions, she performed a thorough eye exam and made sure I was comfortable. I definitely recommend new clients to go to Family Eye Health.

I would suggest asking the patient if they want to wait for glases or come back another time. I waited 15 minutes before realizing that i was not going to be fitted for glasses for a while, since their were other customers, being worked with. It is a long process for some people one patient was deciding on glasses for the whole 1 hour that i was there.

Everyone is very nice in person and on the phone. The office is clean and they are still managing it in a way that is appropriate for social distancing and keeping people safe! As I was there, every piece of equipment I used was sanitized throughout my visit.
My contacts came in very quickly and the staff and Dr were all very helpful and answered all my questions!

I had a great experience in the office of Dr Ivana Estrada. The office staff were very helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Dr Estrada explained with details the results of my exam as well as any questions I had. Something I liked was that they sanitized all the machines before the exams which made me feel safe during my visit. I would definitely come back next year for another follow up exam and will highly recommend this office to all my family and friends. 👍🏻
