If only a person could give negative reviews. My family friend's father just past away recently due to complications with COVID-19. After experiencing issues at work and having symptoms of Covid, he was sent home. Unfortunately he was taken rather quick. The ME on hand, which only seems like a title" originally declared death due to Covid. Which is why they don't do testing. However "Dr." Oden chose not to put that on the death certificate. So now even after trying to work with him and her father's other health care providers, the supervisor "Dr." Holcomb REFUSES to call the family in regards to

An hour in the ER may be the fasted ER in and out ever! No pre check in. Simply gave name and birthday. Was then taken to room. Joined by nurse and shortly after was joined by a doctor.
The nurse was nice but very direct. Made me feel a little defensive. The nurse assistant didn’t say anything, just took vitals. The Doctor was charming and professional. When questioned, he explained.
Check out was quick and informative on payment options.
Overall, a good experience.

The ER was the worst experience ive had yet in life. The regular hospital was a bit better. The physical therapy so far has been great. They've treated me with respect, concern and a genuine kindness. They earned the 3 stars to even out the -5 I would've reviewed them. Just being honest after a traumatic experience ive had with Floyd Valley.

I have a very serious pain disease that wasn't properly diagnosed by the doctor even after going back to see her a few times. She kept telling me nothing was wrong, even though I could barely walk. I finally saw the podiatrist who properly diagnosed me. I also took my son to the ER several times with strep and every time except one they told me he didn't have strep. I would take him to Sioux City where they listened to me and gave him the proper diagnosis of strep and
