I need limbs removed from a storm that just happened yesterday, I call at least 10 times until someone actually picks up and I was calling way before 4:00p.m. A guy calls me back, very rude, and says they are 2 months out with trees falling over from the storm. I would only be calling this company for storm related tree limbs to begin with. They lost my business.

This is the first time I used a tree trimming service as my trees were getting too large for myself and my landscapers to take care of. Their arborist came and gave us a quote for trimming 6 trees on our property. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly and emailed me the quote right away, which was more reasonable than the other quote received.

Phoenix Trim a Tree did an amazing job on my chinese elm in my backyard. In addition, they were courteous, professional and cleaned up after themselves. Steven ensured that all branches which entered neighbors yards were removed and did not fail to answer any questions I had. Well worth the money paid and I would gladly use their services again!

We have a large yard with many mature trees of varying species. Daniel, a professional arborist, came out to review and suggest a comprehensive game plan for each species. Their pricing was very competitive to other firms that reviewed. Miguel and his crew did great work per their original schedule and pricing. This company did a fantastic job trimming all of our trees. Our arborist and his crew was easy to work with, punctual and extremely knowledgeable. Our property has never looked better. We were even impressed with the clean up leaving nothing behind. We will always call Phoenix Trim a Tree whenever we need any tree work done.
