June is the birth month of my youngest daughter, my sister, and my mother. It's the month of my anniversary. It's when spring ends and summer vacation begins, and our family gets to ditch our busy, every-day-packed school year schedule for time just to hang out together. Our name reflects what I love about photography and what I want to bring to you.
Your session will take place in your home or another favorite location around Philadelphia or South Jersey, surrounded by the people and things you love the most. Family sessions are photographed in a documentary style, with some casually posed lifestyle portraits mixed in.
I'll spend about two hours with your family in a relaxed, casual shoot that will highlight your special relationships and the details you'll want to remember - all of the everyday things that represent this time in your life.A signed agreement and $200 session fee is required to book your session. This session fee covers time spent shooting and editing your photos; it will be applied as a $200 credit toward your image collection purchase.

I love newborns! They are scrunchy and sweet, and capturing the so-in-love faces of you mamas, dads, and grandparents is really a joy for me. It's truly a magical time that I know you will cherish forever. We offer two types of newborn sessions: a natural-light storytelling session in your home, or an in-hospital/birth center Fresh 48 session.
Pregnant mamas - you may feel achy and exhausted, but you know what? You are gorgeous. Preparing for life with a new addition to the family can be a whirlwind, with all of the changes, cravings, and adorable baby items. But this is the perfect time to document your life before baby, along with all of the preparations during your pregnancy.

We had a wonderful experience working with Emily for our newborn photo session in our home. Emily was very responsive by e-mail and telephone. She called me in advance and we felt well prepared to make the most of our session. Neither of us are very comfortable in front of the camera but Emily made us feel very comfortable and our photo session turned out to be one of the highlights of our first two weeks at home with our baby. The images are beautiful and we are so thankful that Emily captured this moment in time for us.
