The town of Seneca Falls is historically known for The Seneca Falls Convention for Women's Rights of 1848. The village is the location of the National Women's Hall of Fame and the Women's Rights National Historical Park. The town measures 24 square miles. Today's estimated population is 8,680. Seneca Falls is located in the north end of the Finger Lakes region.
The village of Phelps was organized around 1793, the town then becoming around 1796. The two were incorporated in 1855. Phelps got its name from a land inspector from Massachusetts name Oliver Phelps whom later became the first judge of Ontario County. Oliver Phelps helped orchestrate the massive Phelps & Gorham Purchase of 1788, which created what we now call, Western New York.
Clifton Springs is formerly known as Sulphur Springs, the waters are known to have established the healing center in 1850. A physician, Dr. Henry Foster, turned the village into a utopian healthcare center for body and spirit for many decades. Going further into medical history, George Edward Barton, led the discovery of occupational therapy in 1917 from working with convalescents.

If I could leave more than a five star review I would. Samantha is the kindest, most hardworking, and knowledgeable person I have ever met. She made our house buying process AMAZING!
