I have worked with David at Avenue for about a year now. He was super helpful by sharing his knowledge of managing a rental by pointing out areas which would help the property rent quicker at a higher value. We worked with Aaron Wilson to manage our rental for a few years (including finding the tenant) as well as selling the property recently and helping us find our home. Aaron is very responsive as well as easy & enjoyable to work with. We recently vacated a home that we rented in Ballwin, MO (250 Ramsey Lane). The home was originally rented directly by the owner, Bill Hanson, but turned over to Avenue after conflicts with the owner occurred repeatedly. At first we were thrilled to not have to deal with the owner since he clearly was inept and unqualified to deal with tenants. We had issue after issue in the house. Mostly dealing with plumbing issues. These issues were either not addressed
