Can I give 6 stars? John is the most professional and caring attorney I have ever met, and I am a real estate broker. I have used his office on many deals, but recently I used John to represent my mother in the purchase of her home Brooklyn. John utilized every tool to keep my nervous mother calm. His humor and patience kept her relaxed (and me free of stress). John worked with the title company and private lender to set up a semi-remote closing where we closed with the lender's attorney and the seller closed remotely. We were able to sign, and receive keys in less than 2 hours, which is amazing

I was going out of the country and selling my condo. I called John and told him I had to move quickly. John suggested closing by Power of Attorney. Reading his reviews on Avvo, and actually talking to him, I felt immediately comfortable. Within 30 minutes, John had sent over a Power of Attorney, which I took to my bank and had notarized. John prepared and sent out the contracts within 45 minutes of my agent sending John the deal sheet. I have sold 7 properties and never saw an attorney move that fast.
