This is the company which does business as Kare-In-Home Home Health. Which means that KIH Home Health has no connection to KIH Private Nursing, even though they claim to be the same group.
So this means that the Left Hand doesn't know what the Right Hand is doing. Apparently KIH is simply an umbrella name franchised out to anyone and everyone. But you aren't contracting with KIH, but with whatever sub-company is borrowing the name at the time.
If you need Home Health and Private Nursing, be prepared to jump through two sets of hoops.

The physical therapist put a gate belt on my 93 year old mother to help assist her from the wheelchair to her walker which is right in front of the wheelchair. Sometime after her therapy my Mom started complaining about chest, back, and side pains right where the Therapist put the Gate Belt. After many hours of excruciating pain, and pain medication Mom cried herself to sleep. I went online and found the proper procedure for harnessing someone with the Gate Belt should be around there waist "NOT THERE CHEST, SIDES, and BACK".

I had the worst time getting someone to come out at first it was because Kim called and said she would be out in 45 min, I asked if she had saline flushes she said no very rude I might add, as she said I will check with admin to which I said thank you. Meanwhile my drain isn’t draining and has backed up and on day 3 I call again to find out through Carlos that they were told I refused service I went back and forth with these people and ended up in the hospital due to my drains not working and they refused to bring flushes well Kim did. Then finally once my surgeon’s office got involved I got

I wanted to write a note on your website but there is no way to do that. Today I was discharged from home health physical therapy with Andrew Crowley. My doctor stated that my progress is excellent and I agree. From the beginning your staff exhibited excellent care and customer service. Beginning with the intake I felt very comfortable with the services being offered. I was quickly discharged from nursing and continued with PT. I cannot say enough good things about Andrew. This was my first time having surgery and I didn't know what to expect. Rachel, Patti, and Andrew immediately put me at ease

My review of Kare In Home Hospice is not a good one. The representative who met with our family at the hospital assured us that the transition to home would be easy. We were told that the team would have all the necessary medical information on our patient to assure that he was well-cared for. Unfortunately, Kare Hospice did not deliver on its promise. Our patient left the hospital in an ambulance using a portable oxygen tank. He was on 15 units of oxygen upon discharge from the hospital on Friday around 1 p.m. When he arrived home, the Kare nurse realized that the information they had used to
