My neighbor installed a fence with Best Vinyl and the company did a crappy job. There are dents and scratches that I can see on my side of the yard. The concrete job for the posts was not done correctly as it didn't fill in the hole "solidly" but looked like a bunch of rocks were placed in the posts' holes. Im no constitutional worker but I can tell what a crappy concrete work looks like. I'm glad I didn't have to pay for the fence because if I did I would be very upset that I would have spent $1,000s on a crappy fence that already has gaps in it and looks like it

The three crew members arrived as scheduled. All were very pleasant and courteous. They did a walk around with me with plan/sketch in hand to ensure my expectations of the job before unloading material to start work. It was an extremely hot day, but all three worked efficiently and kept me apprised of the progress. They did all the measurements, drilling of posts, filling of concrete. They returned the next day to complete the gates and fencing. Beautiful work. A-One work. So happy to have hired Best Vinyl Fence.

The team at Best Vinyl did an outstanding job installing my fence. There were some irrigation pipes that were affected, but they took care of the repair right away. They work quickly, cleaned up after themselves, and interacted with me in a professional manner. It was easy to communicate with them over text, and they responded very quickly. Shout out to Ryan, who did the estimate and was my liaison for scheduling the install, as well as Josh, who did the irrigation repairs and made sure things were back to working order. Ryan the sales agent was very knowledgeable on product line and expeditiously finished details of sale once we decided to purchase the fence - Celeste who handled setting up details on sale and install was professional and friendly and expeditiously set up install date - Harry the install team lead was awesome! I’ve been trying to contact all these vinyl fencing companies and none seem to want my business. My project is almost finished with the missing touch of a vinyl fence. I’ve emailed best vinyl fencing twice in the last 2 months. Called 2 times and left a voice message after the lady transferred me to another employee. Pretty disappointed seeing that they have many great reviews and I struck out. Beware.

Best Vinyl installed two 6 ft. white gates for my neighbors OVER our side of the property line!!! Furthermore we're in an Association that doesn't allow vinyl fencing. Leave it to the Terrys' to trash up the neighborhood. Your name is Worst Fence. When I called your company they wouldn't give any names of people in charge. What's wrong-wanted by the Police or something???

Estimator Randy Pilar was very professional Nd courteous in his presentation of Best Vinyl products and descriptions of how the final construction would look.
Supervisor Gerald (sorry, didn't get his last name) did a great job of making sure the build went as planned. Each of the workers had a great work ethic, stayed focused, never complained, and took time showing the various stages of assembly.
I could not be more pleased with the entire project, from personnel to last day of the build.
I highly recommend Best Vinyl.

Updated Review:
After waiting for about 3 weeks we finally were able to get a response and were able to get most of the parts for our patio that were in much better condition. But as I mentioned we got MOST not ALL. So, yes we are still waiting on the remaining parts to finish our patio. Although we got better quality items this time around in all, this whole ordeal from when the Estimator came out, to picking up the material, returning the damaged goods, picking up the better material and now waiting on the rest it's taken almost 2 months and counting. So here is my point no customer should

We recently had our vinyl fence installed by Best Vinyl.
Our experience with this company was not pleasant.
At first their salesperson/ estimator was very friendly and on-point. BUT once they received the 50% down payment which is required, any form of contact with our sales person went downhill, we had to go straight to the office.
THEN.... when it came time for the installation and dealing with their field crew, everything became PATHETIC and UNPROFESSIONAL.
- Dumped excess concrete in our rock garden instead of putting in a barrel which was supposed to be in their truck.
- Final installation

Highly recommend Vinyl Fencing & Deck for any fencing project you need! I searched around before deciding to go with this company and so glad I did, not only because it was competitively priced. When the date… came to get done, they stayed in constant communication with us on how it was going to happen. I was available when they showed up on site just to verify we are on the same page and after that, they took the ball and ran with it. Randy was very professional and very informative. He listened to what we wanted and helped us to choose the product that was right for us. He also helped us to stay within our budget. Our fence was installed a month ahead of schedule. The installers were very hard working and explained what was going on. They also provided a dog kennel so our dogs wouldn't run away.
