Meet Cody, he is the husband, father, and the keystone leading the entire construction process from pre contract to closing. He brings over 40 years of quality construction experience. At a young age, right out of high school Cody became passionate and intrigued with the building trades. He started as trim carpenter, then to a framer to become a master carpenter/builder with the primary goal offering a superior product at a fair price.
He is "hands on" and is available each and every step of the process. You will find him knowledgeable, hard working, friendly and very approachable. A rare combination for a home builder. Ty is your guy. He is the first born son and sales educator. We don't like to call him the sales person because he is not there to sell you but to educate you on our superior construction practices and designs.

We work with you to find the existing home that best fits your budget and needs. As we go through the home with you, we will determine the best and most cost effective projects that will bring you the most equity, and create a brand new living space for you and your family. We will sit down and do all the selections for your home, (tile, granite, backsplash, paint color, etc) You pick your style and design.

I would highly recommend Turn Key Custom Homes and Cody and Kim Abbott. We just successfully completed a 1870 sq ft home in North Port. They have an established process from design to build they were extremely accommodating, professional and the work was above par and second to none. We pride ourselves on making good decisions and this certainly is right up there with the best. Custom architectural changes were made and they really delivered on our dream home!
