Royal Oak Eye Care
As doctors, we believe that providing a relaxed and patient-centered approach to your vision care is top priority. We perform a comprehensive exam and provide time for explaining your results and answering any questions you may have. We believe that taking the time to connect with our patients builds a strong doctor/patient relationship, in turn leading to excellent vision care.
Services
Born and raised in Marion, Virginia, Dr. Burnop is not only a local business owner but a resident of the community as well. Dr. Burnop attended Marion High School and after graduation received his degree in Biology and Premed from James Madison University. He decided on a career in optometry after experiencing an eye condition that required corrective surgery.
Our goal at Royal Oak Eye Care is to ensure you have clear vision and maintain optimal eye health. Whether you are an established patient or new to our office we strive to make your experience comfortable and enjoyable. We truly enjoy what we do and welcome you to our practice. During your exam our team will take the necessary time and discuss your vision needs and concerns.
Dr. Burnop and Dr. Morris are trained and experienced to treat a variety of eye disorders and diseases. They routinely treat pink eye, infections, inflammations, allergies, styes, injuries, abrasions, foreign bodies, and glaucoma. Additionally, they conduct diabetic eye exams and report findings to your primary care physician.
Our goal is to provide you with precise vision that will exceed the demands of your busy lifestyle. Our team diligently works alongside Dr. Burnop and Dr. Morris to design lenses that will satisfy your vision requirements. We will discuss and explain lens styles and features in a way that is easy to understand and help you make the best decision that fits your lifestyle and budget.
Many patients have both vision insurance and medical insurance. Optometry is one of the few professions that can bill both types. The two are entirely different in the services they cover and the administration of their benefits. We feel it is important for our patients to understand these differences.
