I called Mundy’s Heat and Air on MLK Day. Had no heat coming thru the vents on both floors. They said John would be out around noon. John showed up around noon and in less than an hour I had heat again. John has been at our house twice to repaired our heating problems. John has done a great job every time he has showed up.. Thank you Mundy’s Heat and Air.

I am so happy that I called Mundy’s when I experienced a problem. My unit had frozen over, the office answered my phone call immediately, and a technician was at my house within an hour. I appreciated the text messages and calls letting me know when the tech would arrive. My problem required a follow-up visit after the unit defrosted, and once… again I received texts and calls letting me know exactly when the technician would arrive. The unit was fixed promptly and at a very reasonable cost. I experienced great service and felt like I was a valued customer!
