Peter was great! Not to mention half the cost of our first home inspection quote. Peter was easy and pleasant to communicate with. He was very thorough and detailed with the home inspection. The guy crawled under our house the day after it snowed! (We do appreciate that by the way!) We received the inspection report the same day. Definitely 5 stars! You won't be let down!

I am a real estate agent but also recently went under contract for a 2nd home in Blairsville. This cabin-type home & the nuances of rural living in general were completely new to me & honestly had me nervous. Peter did a great job of getting to the specifics of what the potential areas of concern were for this home, like mechanicals at the end of their life-span. Our Real Estate agent suggested Peter. He immediately responded with a phone call to me. He communicated thoroughly and professionally throughout the entire process, before and after. Inspection report was sent the same day, which was great given our tight "time frame" schedule. Peter also took a credit card over the phone which made it easy. No complaints!

My wife and I had the very best experience with Peter Harris. We were given a short due diligence period to have our home inspected. We called Peter and he was able to inspect the house the following day and have a detailed report of his findings just a few hours later. We met with Peter at the property near the end of his inspection and he took the time to walk through the home and property with my wife and I to help us better understand everything and even gave us tips for future preventive maintenance.
