Property management accused me of not complying with the rules and for breaking things in the apartment which we did NOT do. They are trying to squeeze us out of our last dime by asking for $1,376 in damages through AirBnB none of which we are responsible for except maybe for a deeper cleaning since we stayed for almost 2 weeks with a 1 year old. I initially booked through there and added 1 more night through their realty company - BIG MISTAKE. The realty company charged me twice for the $500 security deposit without my consent because I disputed the charges on AirBnB. The only reason they were

I was with my family at the Water Crest Condos July 13-21/2018. We rented through Emerald Shores. The condo was very nice. We had a few issuses when we arrived and called Emerald Shores and the sent their maintenance man out,his name was Craig. I just wanted to say I have never met a nicer guy. He was very interested in the issuses we had and he resolved them immediately! We had rented through Emerald Shores before and I'm sure we will again. Thank you Craig and Emerald for an amazing vacation in Panama City Beach Fla.

The primary issue I have with John (and Russ, as his Broker) is related to the title company they use (Diamond Title). There were issues with the HUD documents that were not brought to our attention in a clear or timely manner which led to SIGNIFICANT challenges literally the day of closing. I received 2 incorrect HUD statements and an incomplete/inaccurate closing packet the day we were to close...I refused to sign as a result and was then forced to sign an extension because the buyers had already signed and submitted their packet and I, as the seller who had not yet approved the HUD, was at risk
