We made selling a home hassle-free with salaried agents, logistics support, and a flat $5k listing fee. If you want an excellent and knowledgable agent, Kyah Brown is your answer. When I interviewed her, I was quite impressed. She answered all my questions, even the ones that stumped other agents. She also followed up with an email on capital gains taxes, where other agents deflected and simply referred me back to my accountant. While she didn't profess to know everything, she impressed me with what she did know.She developed a plan, set a price and kept me informed every step of the way. We even closed for higher than the asking price. And of course, I plan to use her again.

I had to move to the west coast from Philadelphia and I put my house up for sale with Houwzer. First, they are a great value compared to the traditional realtor pricing model. Second, they have the whole process well organized and I could see on my personal web page what steps still need to be complete and who was responsible for each step. My first-time home buying experience couldn't have been smoother. I started the process expecting it to take a while, considering I didn't know exactly what I wanted, had no idea what I was doing, and didn't have a ton of money to work with in a seller's market. My agent, Allison, was a gem in that she was informative but allowed me to drive the process. Our agent Brian was incredibly responsive and kept us informed every step of the way. The buyer's agent was not great and things dragged out with two extensions past the original settlement date, but Brian did everything he could to move the process along and finally got us across the finish line.
