He deserves a certificate as the worst supplier/installer for a large project that involved a new house with 2 overhead garage doors.
The installation was bad, doors were not alligned, noisy, leaking, left the electronics hanging for me to install and program, he did not event installed the electrick locks that are supplied standard with the door and once he received the payment he never ever return a phone call, never send anyone to correct or adjust the doors. We were forced to go to a different installer to complete the job.

This company is completely incompetent and dishonest. We asked them to measure for two garage doors that were 8'-3" x 9'-6". They came to the jobsite, measured, and then ordered doors that were 9'-0 x 9'-0. There is no manager there that would take my phone call and we are now forced to sue them to recover our money. Worst company I have dealt with on Long Island.
Also - the woman who responded below lied to me several times on the phone and refused to assist: first claiming that they measured incorrectly before saying that it was in fact my fault. Using a tape measure is beyond their skillset
