Services
MechaniCool provides a one-year limited labor warranty for the equipment provided and installed in accordance with the scope of the services outlined in this Invoice and Agreement. Should any such repair performed by MechaniCool on the listed equipment during the term of this Agreement fail within 12 months of the date of the repair due to the workmanship of MechaniCool, it will perform the repair again at not cost to the Customer for labor.

I called so many places and this is the only one that answer the phone right away, very friendly and helpful customer service and then the technician even came early instead of my schedule appointment. He is great, was done in less than 10 minutes.

We have used Mechanicool for the last several years and for good reason. The first time we called, we had tried others who gave us 3-8 days service time. I found them by chance on facebook and gave them a call. Like most other reviews they were out same day or the next morning. This time around, unfortunately our A/C repair was going to be a significant amount to repair and seeing as it is 16 years old, it was a better value to have a new one installed. Nick was our tech when he first came out on Friday and this morning (Tuesday), both he and Robert were out here for the install. Very professional

We had some issues this past weekend with our AC. Given the fact we are in 100 plus degree weather and expecting it to be around 115 this weekend we did not want to take any chances of completing being without the AC. A lot of our neighbors use MechaniCool so we gave them a call. The woman on the phone was very nice and she made the appointment with the understanding if we needed service before to call right away. Tyler was assigned to us. He was awesome. Very friendly, neat and more importantly knew what he was doing. We appreciated the service and knowledge he had. All in all we highly recommend

Last year we used this company and had great service. They even fixed our garage small refrigerator at no cost. They called to remind me of servicing the air conditioner. Nick Smith came out and was so nice and friendly. He had patients with these old folks, answered all our questions, and did a thorough inspection. He also advised to replace, since the A/C unit is 14 yrs old. We are waiting for a quote.
This is a small family business who has a list of steady clients but could always use a few more.

This is a very good company. My neighbor suggested I call them and I am glad I did. The people in the office are quick to respond to emails and phone calls. The technician who came to my home, Nick, was professional and took the time to explain every step of the work he was going to do. I did end up deciding to have a replacement done on interior components that was fairly expensive, but necessary.

We had a houseful of people mourning the loss of a family member when our A/C went out during a 110 degree day. Mechanicool got someone out in just a few hours and had us up and running in no time. I bought a house in San Tan Valley in October of 2015. Put renters in immediately, in July of 2016 the air conditioning went out. The system was 15 years old so I looked for a contractor to fix it or replace it. I did this search over the phone because I was still living 1800 miles away. I contacted MechaniCool because I found them on line. I agreed to replace the whole system with air And furnace with a top of the line system for $8000. At that time I was told ( by Robert at MechaniCool) that SRP would rebate me $800 on this install. Did the deal and expected the rebate as promised, but never

I don't post many reviews on Yelp (as you can see from my profile). I only post reviews if something really struck me as really bad or really great. MechaniCool is REALLY GREAT. I had a problem with my heating system that I could not figure out or fix myself so I called MechaniCool based on a recommendation. The guys were on time, great at communication and VERY reasonably priced. I was very impressed with them and will only be using them for any HVAC work in the future. Customer for life. Last night the AC went out on my Mother's home. Nick came out today. Diagnosed, repaired, explained that the capacitor to make her unit run was bad. He gave my mom a senior citizen discount. Did everything as expected. I would trust them again with any issues with her house and now mine. He did a fantastic job with recommendations to keep it running more efficiently without any up sales.

Robert came out to our home right after we purchased and we had found out we were having issues with some things. He walked us through what needed to be replaced and was very fair in pricing. This is an amazing family owned company that is super easy to work with and they actually answer their phones.
