We hope to give you more reasons to smile as we get to know you and treat you. With strong roots in Greenville, Dr. Watson has made his way back to his hometown to set up his orthodontic practice. After growing up in the Gower area and attending J.L. Mann High School, he earned his B.S. in Biology from Wofford College in Spartanburg SC.

Palmetto Family Orthodontics provides great dental care for kids. Staff is personable and I love the text message option for scheduling/rescheduling appointments. All dentists in the office are very engaged about their patients and treatment options, but I can’t say enough about Dr. Caldwell - great listener and really goes above and beyond for the well-being of his patients and Mom’s concerns.

I have been a patient of Dr. Watson for a little over three years and from my consultation to the present has been a great experience. Dr. Watson and his team have been AMAZING!
