I’ll start by saying that I’ve noticed that every negative review left by someone for this company has a response of “we have no record of doing a tow for you OR you must have us mixed up with St Michael’s towing”. I can assure you that I am talking about Mike’s towing which is located at 1133 N Garnett Rd and they did tow the car. I will say, I won’t EVER use this company in the future and would advise you not to either. These people (husband and wife) are the most unprofessional people I’ve ever encountered. Worst service ever they damaged my 2 front tires the guy that tow my car said when we pull cars this way we always destroy there front tires I called to let them know the Lady that answer the called was screaming at me would not even give me a chance to explain she just kept screaming you just want free tires I’m like no I’m trying to get to the bottom of this even the mechanic said that they totally damaged my tires it’s crazy she wouldn’t even let me talk so disappointed at service they have .. not recommend an posting it on social media so people would be warned of the service they offer

Fast and friendly! Gary was knowledgeable, supportive and very professional with a great sense of humor to make this day less horrible. All our business was finished within the hour and it was quite inexpensive compared to the amount of time and other tow services.
