I had Joe Banister do our home inspection, he did a great job being very particular on even the smallest things. He was very professional, responded all the time in a timely manner, gave small tips or recommendations for minor things, and answered any questions we had. Lastly he would later follow up with a detailed email stating everything he had gone through for the home inspection. Would recommend anytime for a home inspection!

My wife and I brought on Homewell when inspecting our first home. The house was built in 1955 and we needed an inspector that would get us the greatest amount of knowledge/foresight as we could after moving in. Joe did an amazing job, leaving no stone unturned. By the end of his inspection, he created us a 56pg., well documented, clear, and detailed report of our home. My wife and I feel well armed for what's ahead of us, and Joe was extremely professional, and a pleasure to work with. My wife and I agreed this was some of the best money spent since moving into our new home. I would highly recommend

I am moving back to PA and had Joe inspect a home I am purchasing. I have been through interstate moves several times in my life and Joe's service, thoroughness and details in his report are the best I have seen in a home inspection. I was with him for the fist half of his 3 hour inspection of the home I am going to purchase. I would DEFINITELY use him again if the need arises.

This is an outstanding company! Specifically Joe Bannister was contracted to inspect our home. Joe was extremely knowledgeable not only with the home inspection process, but with the VA Loan procedures and requirements as well.

Joe greatly exceeded our expectation for a home inspection. He was quick to respond and had good communication. He was very thorough during the inspection and even crawled into the small attic space. He was very knowledgeable and described why an issue required expert follow-up. The report was generated quickly the following day! Joe's personality was likeable; he was friendly, upbeat, and very kind when he included my children in conversations.
