Bryant, Keylin and Chris helped us move two apartments this past weekend and were timely, efficient, and careful. They were great about communicating their estimated times of arrival which took stress away from communicating with the leasing offices, our items all made it to the final destination in the same condition they left their previous home, and respectful of where different boxes and items should go.

Walker and Keylin helped us with the move on 12/23 and they did a terrific job. They showed up on time, wrapped all valuable items with blankets, and completed the move for our 3-bedroom under 2 and a half hours. The price is also very reasonable with Hornet. Highly recommend this moving company!!

Jalen and his team we fantastic! He communicated great with us, they all were very cautious of our new home and extremely respectful. The office staff was easy to work with us as well and very accommodating… after we had to change our move date twice. This was the 2nd time using them and I have recommended this company to several friends!

So glad I used Hornet Moving! The entire process of scheduling was easy - Blaine made that a breeze. From there, things only got better. I have a LOT of stuff - from 100s of vintage vinyl albums to high-end glassware and collectible mid-century modern furniture - and all of my belongings were moved in about 45 minutes - without an elevator - and without damage! Erik and Rahyme were professional, speedy and really nice! Not only did they ensure that there was no damage to any of be belongings, but they really went above and beyond to make the experience a great one. I will only use Hornet Moving

Biggest problem is that they left a lot of our furniture damaged, didn't properly protect it in the truck or moving it into our house. In addition they left some significant damage on our new house.
A positive note was that they were at least somewhat initially flexible to some additional things we needed done.
Overall though, I hired them based on the reviews we saw here and elsewhere online, but were very disappointed. A lot of people seemed to have good experienced, but with so much damage I wouldn't use this company again or recommend. them to anyone else.

Recently had Hornet Moving help with a small move and their team was great! They answered all the questions I had ahead of time, showed up on time the day of, worked hard and efficiently, and took good care of the items. I would definitely recommend this business to friends looking to hire movers in Charlotte. I received a recommendation from another friend when initially looking for movers and Hornet Moving lived up to that review from a friend + they gave me the best quote and stayed within that price range.

(7/29/20) After submitting a request for movers 2 months prior to my moving date, and receiving a confirmation email 24 hours before my move, a Hornet Moving rep. named Danny contacted me 19 hours before our scheduled move time to let me know that Hornet Moving would not be able to complete my move across state lines to SC, and that I would be responsible for making back-up moving plans. I pointed out to Danny that this was a totally unacceptable and unprofessional approach given the lack of lead time. Additionally, the Hornet Moving website explicitly states that they can move across state lines
