Just got a Mother’s Day bouquet from my daughter in Florida. I told her I loved them since she sent them out of love for me, but I really hope she didn’t spend a lot of money on these! The flowers are not very fresh & the color scheme is atrocious!( Kinda looks like they just threw what they had left in a vase & called it a bouquet. ) I’m normally not that critical of flower gifts, but my son-in-law has been out of work for a year due to covid & it aggravates me that her loving gesture was wasted. I’ve seen prettier bouquets at the grocery store!

I placed an order for flowers for a funeral.
The picture pretty much speaks for itself.
Very disappointed. Paid for premium and received less than standard. Specifically ordered this arrangement because it was to come with a candle holder as the vase. A keepsake. If you cannot meet any requirements for an order at the very least call or email the customer..

Called another florist in the same town and they did not even act like they wanted to help. Called Kelly's and the man that answered the phone bent over backwards to fill our order according to what we wanted. He was polite he called us back within minutes when we got to the funeral the flowers were absolutely beautiful I would recommend them to anyone.they went out of their way to make the customer happy and I give them five stars for that

My daughter’s bridal shower turned into a VIRTUAL shower because of Covid 19. Her sister and I were hosting the shower—-I live in New York and her sister lives in Nashville so neither one of us Could come to Marion Indiana. Don, at Kelley’s florist, made a beautiful floral arrangement with her wedding colors and provided two pillars of balloons to frame her as she opened her gifts. The arrangement was perfect. Don is very gifted! We couldn’t have been happier with how the Virtual shower turned out. Their customer service is excellent and they turned a difficult situation into a beautiful
