John's culinary education began at the Pennsylvania Institute of Culinary Arts taking courses in Food Preparation, Kitchen Management, Confectionery and International Cuisine. He honed his unique skills while working at the Bon Fire in Ocean City, MD, where he studied and specialized in the creation and preparation of seafood dishes.

This is one of those restaurants that you really Don't expect excellent food from but it's one of the best places to get a barbecue pork sandwich their prime rib is awesome and Rubens are awesome too All their food is slowly cooked and taste excellent One of the best places to go to eat for lunch or dinner.

This is our first time here. The Italian Chef's Salad looked good, but Wings were calling to us, so wings it was. I ordered mild. My wife ordered two different ones that she liked. My mild wings were very good. Enough of a bite that you can feel it, but not enough to hide the taste. Eer was cold and tasty.. Wait staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We definitely recommend this estabishment.

This is a out of the way place.. But you have to try their food it is AWESOME.. I went there a few months ago and I tried the appetizers special of sweet Thai chili shrimp..IT WAS THEE BEST STUFF .. Went there today and asked if I could get it again as it isn't on the menu. Our lovely waitress said I can ask the chef. Please do.. I got it is and it was out of this world.. Holy smoke.. They have great food.. Take a ride and stop there. HOT SHOTZ..
