Chris' Garage Doors

I had an emergency issue with my garage door and my dad recommended this company. They are super responsive, quick, reliable and they did not try to upsell me. The garage door was fixed within one hour and works well again. George, the service man, was courteous and professional. I paid a fair and affordable price.

I know I will be needing some other issues with my garage door corrected in the near future and I will absolutely be using this local company again. I recommend them without reservation as you can trust and rely on them without overpaying.

I had this company come out to assess intermittent closing of garage door.. they replaced safety eyes, charged for trip a total of 150 and did not fix Problem. When I called back to have them come out and install a new garage door opener they would not credit me for the service call, wete going to charge for another set of eyes, it did not solve the problem I would definitely not recommend this company!

We’ve worked with Chris twice so far — for replacing broken springs and for upgrading our garage opener, and they’ve been great each time. He and his team are prompt (in returning calls and showing up to appointments), so nice to chat with, and very professional, all for a fair price. We first worked with Chris' Garage Doors when our garage door stopped opening. Chris responded to my voicemail same-day (on a weekend!) and got me scheduled for a Monday afternoon fix. On Monday morning, I got a call that they could arrive early, which was wonderful. My grandfather needed his garage door motor replaced. Overhead was giving us the run around for an installation date. My friend recommended Chris and I am glad he did. George and another team member came out and were extremely knowledgeable. Install was fast and efficient and everything is working great. They were significantly cheaper than Overhead and the communication was much better.
Chris had to call and ask some questions on a system we wanted and he was back in touch within 10 minutes as promised and had an installation time and date scheduled during that conversation.

George arrived on time and instantly identified the cause: a broken spring. He provided a detailed overview of how the springs contributed to the opening/closing of the garage door and supplied a reasonable estimate immediately. George finished replacing the springs and performed a thorough inspection of the door and mechanism, all under 30 minutes. Excellent service and price all around, thanks George!

Chris and his assistant are great. Very knowledgeable and helpful. They resolved my garage door problems in less than an hour. Same day service, reasonable prices, and quality work. Accidently tried to open the garage door with the sliding lock in place, not a good idea. Chris answered quickly, arrived promptly and with his assistant, diagnosed the problem and had it repaired in no time. He was obviously experienced, polite, explained what was needed and adjusted the springs as well. The door works much better, I will definitely call again.
