We understand that orthodontic treatment is a big investment. Figuring out how to pay for it can be burdensome and stressful. We want to make your life easier and reduce the tension that comes with thinking about financing. Finances shouldn't get in the way of your treatment. We've implemented systems that help give control back to our patients.
Orthodontic treatment has come a long way in recent years. New technology allows us to use lighter forces to move the teeth over a much shorter amount of time. You can expect the braces to make your teeth sore for a few days after they are placed and after each adjustment. These adjustments will make you more conscious of your teeth, but they should not be painful.
We love our office, and our patients do too! When it came time for us to build a new office, we felt like it was a no-brainer to build in Liberty, MO and Kansas City, MO. Dr. Kanning grew up here, and coming back home and building an office to serve this community is something he was passionate about.

We were patients of Dr. Kannings way back in the day and I always meant to give a public shout-out of how awesome he is and how professionally he operates his practice. He always treated our (then mature teen) daughter with absolute respect and on her age level. Everything was so friendly and professional. He even made a retainer for me (the mom) for a very nominal fee, when I mentioned mine had been lost in a move. The beautiful lady at the front desk is so, so genuinely helpful and courteous.
