Jack was professional, courteous, kind, and prompt. He called 10 before his arrival to alert me he was close by so that I was ready, waiting to meet him. All I needed was a simple tow up the street after my car would not start. They completely lied to me when it came down to the towing fee! They quoted me $85, but at the completion of tow they charged $235. THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE!! They are literally a scam!! Be aware and do not waste your time or money on these thugs as they boldfacedly lie!!! There fraudulent activity needs to be stopped ASAP!! Would give a negative star review if I could. I called this company to get an estimate to have my car towed from my home to the dealership. A man answered the phone and I told him what I was trying to do and gave him the mileage distance to the location. He asked me for the address and I gave him the street and asked if he could give me the estimate based on the mileage (all of the other tow companies that I called did so with no difficulty). He said No and hung up. Unacceptable! Knowing that I have a pending car repair to pay for, I was simply trying to compare pricing for the tow because it varies drastically from company to company.
