I was already confident about the quality of this firm as I know many who have utilized their services, but having to use them myself solidified this belief. Jenny is a sweetheart who stays on top of your case, and genuinely cares about the outcome. She is upbeat and calms any anxiety about the process, and all of the what if’s. Emails are promptly responded to and even after my case was closed, she was eager to answer any questions I had. Please never use this firm for nothing they took my money and will not return....when Jenny sent email and cancelled and we agreed not to move forward and when I canceled my process and confirmed by both sides it's been 2 month with out my refund, when I called on 8-13-2021 her staff said every time I call or send a email they will charge me for following up on my own refund of 5,000 dollars...... never use .....ever ever ever. Rip off.....they will take your money and never respond .....NEVER USE......... run far away......

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Assistance was ok prior to court. A few confusing days trying to prepare. However after court I realized a few things were missed and I reached out numerous times and no response. Then after several messages I received a very unprofessional response and zero help. Totally shocked at the lack of professionalism.

Excellent service and very knowledgeable. My advice is to be very patient with the process. If they don't contact you for a while is probably because they don't have any new information for you. I will give them a 5-star review and recommend their services to others. In the end what really matters is that they deliver what they have promised and they did. Jenny and her staff are extremely professional. After the initial consultation with Jenny we knew we were in good hands. She is extremely knowledgeable with bankruptcy law.
