We had several problems with our garage door so we called a few different places to get estimates. Vincennes Garage Doors was the only company that called us back promptly.
Turns out we had a broken torsion spring and that is why the door wouldn't open with our automatic opener. Our springs were fixed fast and at a fair price. I would highly recommend them for overhead door service.

Troy returned my call within 3-4 hours. Came to my home the next day to look over my 16 ft garage door. He ordered new springs, new weather stripping and a stronger brace. He came up on Saturday and installed parts. The door now fits much tighter and works perfectly. Very reasonable on time, parts and his labor.
