Before starting our business, Martin work for 5+ years in framing and general construction. During this time, he discovered he enjoyed working on creating better living spaces for people. He has a very high standard of quality and found the company he was working for did not. So he decided to go to work for himself, forming MTP Construction.

Martin and his team were professional throughout the entire process. Martin takes the time to review the work to be performed , answer any and all questions and is very accommodating to make changes to the scope of work, if needed. He itemizes the work to performed so there is no confusion or second guessing. His team was on-time, professional and always cleaned up at the end of each day. Highly recommend MTP Construction for any type of home improvement inside or out!

MTP is an outstanding company. The workmanship and attention to details, large or small was excellent. The owner, Martin, was professional in every way. His knowledge and experience guided us through the design and helped us sort out all the options that were available. Carl and Tom worked on our project. I would love to share details of my experience however I was not even given the chance to work with them. I called to set up an appt for an estimate and was told that they won''t be my cheapest bid and prefer to not even meet with me. I didn't even share my budget yet so how do they know what I was willing to spend. I've never heard of this before and that's a pretty pathetic way to run your business.

I have known the proprietors of MTP Construction, both personally and professionally for a very long time. The talent and dedication, as well as their attention to the most intricate of details is what sets them apart from everyone else. From the bidding process, through the design and build stages of each project, the customer's needs are what drives them. In all the years I have worked with private contractors, I have NEVER seen the quality craftsmanship that MTP Construction provides.

MTP Construction has done many projects at my parents' house in the past 15 years or so. They built a custom bookcase, installed crown molding, upgraded all the interior doors, installed windows, interior and exterior painting and much more. Recently they built an addition on the house. This was a complete apartment for my son and myself, so we could be close to them and they could remain living in their home. MTP once again did a beautiful job, we couldn't be happier! With Martin's experience and guidance, the job was completed in the time frame promised with minimal bumps

I can't say enough good things about this company. Martin was recommended by my sister who hired him for a huge job to repair their roof from storm damage. We hired him to repair a small amount of damage from a burst pipe. Sister and I are both satisfied customers.
Martin and his crew were punctual, courteous, did the job exactly as described and finished faster than I would have expected. One small issue needed revision and it's being fixed without any pushback. They were super considerate about cleaning up after the job was completed. Martin worked with us to fit the job's costs
