Phenomenal; cannot say enough good about this plumber! Team of plumbers really… they support the community and I first came to know them way back when we still had a parade - so I called when my dishwasher flooded all over my kitchen due to poor do-it-yourself plumbing. They came very quickly and fixed the issue and brought everything to code. Called again when I needed a hose bib; very reasonably priced. Called when my hot water heater flooded my basement while I was on a business trip and they helped me coordinate remediate getting the flood damage and fast enough I could take a hot shower

We were very impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of Josh, Zack and Nate. Josh handled my phone inquiry about replacing a defective water heater promptly and kept me informed of progress via a number of texts. Zack and Nate handled the installation very efficiently. We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling. After calling Harbor City, a plumber was at our house within an hour. They were able to diagnose the leak and advise us on remedies, even though the cause ended up being unrelated to plumbing (they traced the water back to a nail hole in our siding which was allowing water to enter the house, great catch!). They were very thorough, communicative, and professional.
