We care about not only the success of your hunt but about making it fun as well. We strive to provide an Colorado Pheasant Hunting experience that is just like going out with your buddies. Our goal is to make sure every customer feels at home and completely comfortable. If we do our job right, it will feel like you're hunting at your best friend's farm!
Colorado duck hunting at Longmeadow runs from early October through January and primarily consists of flocks out of Montana, North & South Dakota, and Saskatchewan. Our Duck Hunting Grounds run along a beautiful, 1000 acre, wooded stretch of the NE Colorado, South Platte River. This private ranch is prime duck hunting habitat complete with multiple ponds, river bottom marshes and warm water slews.
At Longmeadow Game Resort, we pride ourselves on our single minded dedication to your enjoyment. We know you will have a successful dove hunt, but we also make sure that its fun! We are not regimented like other outfitters. You can have the whole day to hunt, but most people limit out by 9 or 10 am during opening weekend.

Colorado Coyote Hunting at Longmeadow Game Resort is an excellent way to try your hand at hunting the hunter! The challenge and thrill of calling in coyotes is something that every avid hunter should experience. These predators won't just come running at the sound of any dinner bell, so using creative calls to bring them in can be half the fun.

Finding a venue for our wedding was THE most stressful part of planning. Once we found Longmeadow everything else just fell into place. Heath and Jen worked so hard to meet our needs and help our special day become a beautiful reality. We couldn't have asked them to be anymore attentive. The venue is beautiful and everything is so clean. This was hands down one of the best choices and the best VALUE we could have found for everything we wanted. Thank you Heath and Jen for incredible and memorable weekend.

We had our wedding reception here and it was just amazing. Heath and his team worked so hard to turn our visions into a reality and things turned out better than we ever imagined! The space was great for our large party (about 250 guests, including dozens of kiddos) and so accommodating. The food was excellent, along with the bar service. Heath and his team took so much stress away in gearing up for our wedding reception - we could truly focus on our guests and having a good time!

Heath and Jenn are absolutely incredible. We stayed at Long Meadow for three nights, used the event space and had lunch on-site each day. This is a beautiful and clean location. We were regularly asked if we needed anything and in the days leading up to the event Heath made sure all our questions were answered. We joked that they made it feel like home!
We will hopefully be back for future work events. What a well-run event center.
