Company was used by my insurance, took almost 3 hours for a tow truck to reach my location, local in Baltimore. Tow truck was supposed to be there an hour and a half after I originally called, when no one showed, I called and was told that the driver would be there in 20 minutes. After 40 more minutes passed, I called again, I was told that the driver would be there in 20 minutes again, which he was not. The phone operators were professional, but this experience took my entire evening when it should not have.

Was stuck out in front of the towing yard when I called them for help. The two gentlemen in the two truck let me hitch a ride with them, and they helped tow my car to the local mechanic. Service is second to none, and they were the finest gentemen I have ever met.
Definitely got my money's worth working for them. And if I ever get in a bind again with my car, I will immediately be sure to call them.
