I've only used the service for 7-8 months.
I've found the staff particularly Linda and Doll to be extremely helpful in several different ways. They are patient,. Never rushed me while I was trying to think of the right words to use. They also are humorous when the conversation follows that path. I think the only people that would have negative. Comments would be those who committed to an obligation, and didn't hold up their end..... Isn't that the way it always is ??????

Doing business with these people has been a nightmare. They constantly try to charge you fees and communicating with them (especially Jessica) is difficult. I notified them as well as my lender that I am having difficulty paying my regular payments and they seem to pretend as if we never had a conversation about it. Awful business. If anyone needs to file a complaint against them you can do so at the Division of Mortgage Lending... Feel free to Google it to get more information.

I have been using US Loan Servicing for at least 10 years and they have been wonderful to do business with. When I have had questions, I'd called the office & my questions are always answered, if not they will research the answer and get back to me in a timely manner. I would highly recommend US Loan Servicing.

US Loan Servicing has been taking care of collections, disbursements, and documents in escrow for me for 6+ years. Beyond that, when I have special requests, they are on it in a heart-beat. In 6 years they have not missed one detail or deadline. They are the best. I read the one-star review from someone who cannot spell properly(loosing??) and assume this person has some ax to grind or works for a competitor.
