I don't even know where to begin 2 days before Christmas called them at midnight and idk if they were just in the area but they showed up with 15 minutes $65 to hook up $5 per mile came to to $105 dropped it off right in front of the house thanks guys u saved the day

Actually I have to say I am Extremely disappointed, my car was in a small fender bender on 696, so they towed it to there yard at 10 & MOUND. I told them I'd pick it up the next day soni awoke & called to see what I owe for lot fee one night & somebody took it upon tjemsto tow my car to some collision shop on 14 mile & dealership, 5 mile towc $467.00!!! Who does that without asking & really? $467 to tow it 5 miles is completely taking advantage of people it's actually criminal as far as I'm concerned cause I have AAA Membership, 8 free tows a yr, & I told the driver I was ordering the fender and

Lastnight My Chevy Silverado broke down. I called my StateFarm roadside service. They dispatched a tow company “ wont say name” 4 hours later still no tow truck. So i googled and called Service Towing! John was absolutely amazing! He felt my frustration that I had been waiting for 4 hours for a tow truck to tow 3 miles. Bonus!!!!! They also work with Ed Rinke where my truck needed to go. Btw, that tow company finally called at 2 am to say where’s your truck 🙄 Amazing Service John! I appreciate you. Thank you again!

Local; family owned small business doing it since the late 1970s. My vehicle died at 8pm on a Sunday night. Dispatch had a truck to me in ten minutes. I believe my driver’s name was Robert (younger guy who’s grandfather is owner). He was fast, friendly and nice to talk to in the short time he towed my vehicle to a garage nearby. You never want to need to be towed, but if you do, they were good to me in a time of need.
