All Garage Door openers installed by Pioneer Doors, Inc. Are compliant to California Law SB-969. Integrated video camera enables you to see what is happening in your garage through a live feed or recorded event. This operator comes with a Li-polymer or Lead-acid Battery Backup power supply. The battery backup power supply fits conveniently into the holster on the operator.

Our garage door was making a terrible racket! I called Pioneer, and Spencer was here a half hour later. He recognized right away what the problem was (broken spring). He got me a quote and fixed it as good as new within an hour. He was professional and personable. I’m very happy with the work he did. We will use Pioneer again.

I’ve used Pioneer Garage Door for my previous home. They were prompt, efficient, and their price was competitive. Their after installation service was what sold me on them, so I purchased C.H.I. Planks doors for the 3 car garage on my new home. They look great and we’re installed in one day along with 2 Liftmaster openers. There was a small issue with the wall switches, so they came out quickly and replaced them (at no cost). I’m very happy with their sales, installation and service. I definitely recommend them.

I have been using Pioneer Door for over 10 years. The entire crew throughout the years have always provided top quality services. The owner Kim is super hands on which I love. Always get a call back the same day and set appointments in accordance with your schedule not theirs. I rarely recommend vendors but Pioneer has got to be one of the best garage doors companies.

Alan, Kim, and Burgandi, we’re so helpful and very personable to work with when we purchased two doors a few years ago! And their installers were prompt, professional, and very clean!!
Furthermore, when we had an accident and ran a golf cart through the large door they were unbelievably responsive. I emailed the office on a Saturday night hoping somebody would get back to me on Monday morning. Kim unexpectedly responded on Sunday morning!! YES…SUNDAY!!! To top it off, Kim had a repair man out that following Monday morning at 8:00am!

Our garage door came off the tracks and could not get it to align properly ourselves. We even had to cut the cable after trying to losing it but after about a good 1.5-2 hours we got it to at least close. We called Pioneer doors next day on monday and they were very pleasant and responsive and got someone out that afternoon. They were able to save our garage door and with a few minor replacement parts got everything working at a very reasonable rate. They were very professional, on time and very fair with their pricing. We are very pleased with their service!

I bought a major fixer upper house. I called pioneer day 1 of buying, but didn't ultimately purchase a door from them until two years later. During that two years I hired & dealt with 15+ different contractors. My experience with contractors is that they will never hit all 3 priorities for me. (pricing, timelines, quality of work) Pioneer Garage Door did an amazing job & hit every check box. I would recommend them to anyone without a second thought.

Communication was great! They were willing to come out same day, but I had to schedule for the following day due to my work schedule. Sergio was punctual and completed everything in a timely matter. He explained everything before starting and was very honest with the costs. He also gave me detailed instructions on the features of the products I bought. So helpful!!! I would definitely recommend!!

2-15-2021 Nate & Nick came as scheduled to remove our old sectional wooden garage door and install our new insulated garage door, with the approved garage door opener. They introduced themselves, and they were wearing their masks in accordance with the guidelines set up because of the Covid virus.
We had a great time, as I am a retired Carpenter Working Supervisor, I hung out with them as they did the demolition work and then as they did the new install.
The work was done in a craftsmanlike manner, and we just had fun talking smack about anything that popped into our minds.

I am happy with my new Garage Door (new construction), Alan visited the site prior to a quote to make sure all everything is good. After the quote, I went to the shop and talked to Burgundi to choose the color, style and paid 50% deposit to order and schedule installation (3 weeks). On install date (12/1/2020), installer arrived on time and completed the new installation in 3 hours. Everything went smooth, no surprises, no hidden charges.

I've used Pioneer Doors over the years, seems like our garage door springs last 5-7 years before needed replacement, we use our garage door a lot!
In the past, Pioneer has replaced a spring under their 5 year warranty but we had to pay for labor and the other spring since it is recommended to replace both at the same time even if only one is broken. I don't recall there being much of a savings with the warranty. They only cover replacement labor within the first year, but warranty the spring for 5 years.
