Had a terrific experience with Coastline Mortgage and Chad Harris. Chad worked hard to accommodate us for our mortgage, find the best rates and options for us specifically, and worked with underwriting to close the deal. He communicated well and provided information in real time. Chad worked closely with our closing attorney to assure the documents were ready and the close went through without a hitch. Worse experience ever! My fiancé and I were trying to refinance our house and seven months later we were nowhere further along. John Russ wouldn’t not update us, wouldn’t hear from him in weeks, and worst of all he wouldn’t tell us the truth. I’ve bought and sold over thirty houses and this company failed miserably to close the deal. After emailing back and forth for 7 months I finally gave up and moved on. It’s upsetting considering how much time and energy I wasted on getting nothing accomplished.
