Room and atmosphere was about what you’d expect from a 3 star hotel, and the man at registration was helpful and friendly. However reason for only 2 stars is because the shuttle to Ohare they provide is cancelled due to Covid. Frankly that was the only reason for booking this hotel, and having been cancelled awhile ago they never bothered to update it online. An unintentional false advertisement? Yeah. Still, bed > no bed

I Booked the Room a Few Hours before I Arrived thru Priceline and the Hotel had Already gave my Room to someone Else...So they Upgraded my Room, Instead of a King ,it was a Queen with a Lounging area that had a Sofa Bed and Chair ...The Room was really Nice for the Price and Spacious minus a Loose Sink and Wood Missing from the Desk/Table..My problem was the Atmosphere in the Hotel a lot of Rowdy Fighting /Mental Problem Constantly Slamming Doors ,Blasting Music Day and Night and the Hotel /Manager did Nothing to Stop it...It's also a Liquor Store Next to the Hotel...Inexpensive Rooms and a Liquor

My husband booked this place because it had breakfast, fridge, and microwave. We get to the hotel and the first thing I check is the bathroom. It smelled like urine near the toilet. The blankets were either stained or ripped. I felt disgusted sleeping in the room. We sanitized everything ourselves. But there were stains in the jug they left for us even near the microwave. And the breakfast? It was two types of cereal with no milk. Will never come here again.

Reservation booked through Hotels.com over a month ago. Arrived to check in around midnight for a few hours of sleep before an early flight. Cocky guy behind the counter nonchalantly tells me “wasn’t a guaranteed booking and I don’t have any rooms.” No sorry, no oops we overbooked. Nothing. Stranded in a city with nowhere to sleep after again, I booked it a month ago. Moral of the story? Don’t bother with this inconsiderate dump. A phone call saying they were overbooked or SOMETHING from Hotels.com could have been helpful. They are a substandard system and it shows. Won’t mess with

Made this reservation on expedia, but upon arriving at the location, we quickly decided that we were not going to stay. We did not get a refund but it was worth it going somewhere else. When we drove up every balcony was occupied by a person leaning over on the phone, seemingly waiting for something. Very suspicious!

Our flight didn't arrive until 1am, so we wanted to just stay close to the airport and go into the city in the morning. The room REAKED and there were cigarette burns in the comforter. We threw it off the bed and went to sleep. Once we woke up and saw the room in day light, I was in total shock. There were dark splatters all over the wall and literal dried URINE dripping from the wall. I went and informed the owner as soon as I saw it. Her response was, "that is not urine." YES IT IS!!! Two employees are so wonderful helpful and nice there. Got a suite for being told wrong info and got discounted on cheap early check in right after airport. 24/7 cereal and crackers is nice until it gets old, some plumbing problems, staff are on your jazz about late check out guests etc and seem paranoid even when you are bound to pay and dont have a certain time to leave for late checkout. The manager is very cranky stubborn and irritated woman and maintenance guy is not around. However rooms r pretty nice and conveniently located and the premises are nice tho and always sunny. I gave it one star because it was reasonably priced; however the walkway had no salt on it and we nearly slipped 3 times on ice in our way to our room. When my daughter and I got to our room the TV was not working, because it was not plugged in, I had to unplug the light just to plug the tv in, thank God I did not get electrocuted because the outlets in the room had no covers, and this one was hanging out the wall. For being on Travelocity this hotel was a joke. I would never stay here again and I will definitely be careful when booking with Travelocity. Fiberglass tubs? REALLY? This hotel needs a major remodel. And the wifi worked like crap. The continental breakfast was junk food crackers. UGH! Come on now Travelocity.

I recommend you avoid this hotel. I stayed there a few times over the past two years due to its convenience to the airport and price. Staff has never been pleasant and rooms are dated and smelly, however last visit when receptionist told me airport shuttle coming and never arrived, was breaking point. Many better choices near O'Hare

After reading all these reviews on yelp and tripadvisor i honestly had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. We walked in and the lady at the front desk was very pleasant. She gave us our card and explained where the room was. The decor of the room is a bit old, but honestly, who cares. We had the King Suite. It was perfect for what we needed for one night. It would've been fine for our whole weekend here if we really needed to stay there. The room was clean. The continental breakfast is only cereal and coffee. We didn't use the shuttle but it was working for others who needed

First, DO NOT USE THEIR ACTUAL WEBSITE TO MAKE A RESERVATION! Despite a 'confirmation number' and even an email with your itinerary, the hotel doesn't know anything about it. Thank goodness I called 6 hours after making my "reservation" to make a change and found this out in time!
It's an old hotel with old furnishings and their was debris left in some drawers. On the positive side, they have smoking rooms AND they have a pleasant, light scent for these rooms. The window opens and I like that too.

I was in Chicago overnight due to flight complications and I was so happy I chose this hotel to stay at. Everything about it was amazing for the price.
First, I called late and they sent their free shuttle van to pick me up from the airport so quickly. Second, they gave me a price slightly cheaper than online for a nice king sized bed in a room with a mini fridge, microwave, tv, and free WiFi. They were even nice enough to extend my check out time by an hour since my next day's flight was so late. There's a little complimentary breakfast, too.

I am not a picky traveler, and because I spend very little time in my hotel room, I have a pretty low bar for accommodations. This is one place, however I would warn others away from.
The front desk clerk was polite, but not friendly or helpful. And he was soooo slow.
We reserved one sort of room but were given another, and he made us swear we had not disturbed anything in the first room before he would switch us to the room we has actually reserved. He was not apologetic and did not seem to care at all that we had to lug our bags up and down flights of stairs.

Different from what some other comments describe, this is a very nice place for me, and I would like to say something for it. Overall the facilities are old, but they all work fine. The room is clean. The shuttle driver and the receptionist are very nice. It is close to the airport, with 24-hour transportation to the airport. Price is nice. Nothing to complain. Just if they can have more overall improvement, I believe it will become a greater place to stay. :)

Maybe my worst decision to book this place when I compare it to the craptacular hostel I stayed at in Rome, Italy where they would kick you out for 8 hours and you couldn't go back until 5 pm, that's an issue and pretty ghetto.
Positives the TV was updated and worked but I was only there to sleep and then hop a bus to Madison which I missed because the alarm, phone, and lights didn't work. I had to call the desk they said they'd come by and didn't I think the guy had short term memory because in the morning I had to remind him of this.

The worst motel I have ever stayed in! I had horrible desk staff checking me in ( rude, didn't want to help me with my heavy bags up the stairs and was put out when I asked for a room on the first floor). Once in the room ( with the heater broken and unbearably hot... The room was dirty! It smelled of a musty, foul smell! Blood on one of the towels.. Toilet had been used and unflushed.
