We needed an AC unit installed at our rental location, and with the recommendation of friends who just had Garrh's install the same, we called and set up an appointment. Their tech arrived on time, inspected the property, and sent an estimate the next day. It took a few weeks before they could get us scheduled (it was the hottest part of summer), but they called as promised, set up the appointment, and arrived on time for the install (which is a rarity in Durango). Beware of the receptionist!!! When we built our home, Garrhs installed our furnace and a Carrier Infinity heat pump. Just 15 months later in January 2016, the heat pump failed in the coldest part of the winter. It took a week to get it fixed, with the wrong part initially being ordered. Just 5 months later, we had to call Garrhs to check the heat pump and put it back on its base after the neighbors' cows knocked it off. No problem. Same technician who installed the heat pump in 2014 worked on it both times in 2016. Fast forward to February 2019, the coldest snowiest weather in a couple

They installed a system that does not cool the house. After many unsuccessful attempts at contacting them to fix the problem, we had to hire an attorney after which they quickly responded and assured us they were committed to making it right. We added more insulation at their request, and our cost, and it didn't help. Finally, their solution is to charge us more than half the amount we originally paid to
