Moved from a 2 bedroom walk-up apartment in Evanston to a 2 story townhouse in Mundelein. The crew of 4 men showed up on time and started working immediately. Despite the steady rain, the entire move took only 3 hours from start to finish (we had very little furniture, but lots of boxes). We would highly recommend this company, and we would certainly use them in the future!

Highly recommended! 4 men came out to our place amid a heavy snow, came in, worked swiftly to wrap and box up our things, loaded and unloaded within a couple of hours and even put our couch back together. Friendly and swift service. USA Moving & Storage made a stressful day a total breeze. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I would highly recommend USA moving. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. They were very flexible and accommodating when it came to scheduling, and they were quick, efficient and careful on move day. We had a difficult move out of a 3rd floor condo. USA’s team made it look easy and moved all our furniture (5 bedrooms worth!!) safely and without damage. They also helped package several of our more delicate items. We to stored our stuff for 6 weeks with them which I was nervous about but all our stuff was accounted for and undamaged when we finally moved into our new hope. Moving

I’ve used USA Moving twice and both times they were spectacular.
They always send a 4-man crew.
They arrived 15 minutes early, had everything in the truck within 45 minutes, and I barely made to the new place ahead of them.
After moving everything into the new place I asked them if they could remove a few things left by the previous tenant, which they graciously agreed to do. (I expressed my gratitude in the tip).

We couldn't have been happier with our move with USA Moving and Storage Inc. The were very professional and treated our things as if they were their own. They were friendly and very efficient. I couldn't believe how quickly the move was completed. We have used them before and they will be the only company we use going forward. You will be very satisfied if you use them
