I've been looking for a good real estate agent for awhile, in my search I've come across Mrs. Panergo and I didn't feel very welcomed or feel she was much interested in working with me. She seemed to be too busy with other things. I wanted to give the other realtors from EQCO a try instead but truthfully even the small interactions I had with Mrs. Panergo has made me turn elsewhere, there are many more responsive and welcoming agents in the area.

When it comes to property management, Edward is extremely reliable and detail oriented. He listed our rental property with lots of thoughts by doing research on the area to write a well rounded description of the property, and offered professional photos along with a virtual tour of the property. We contacted Edward inquiring about rental properties in Maryland. Like almost all properties we had called on, the property we inquired about had "just been rented." Edward came to the rescue when me and my husband were at our wit's end with trying to property manage a home we were renting out. Our current tenant suddenly moved out on us literally days after having our second baby.
