Yes! 99% of the patients we examine for orthodontics are candidates for Invisalign treatment. I am a 35-year-old adult that just finished my 2 year Invisalign process and it was nothing but a great and positive experience working with Dr. Todd and his team. I have been told all of my life that Invisalign was not an option for me and when I went to see Dr. Todd, he told me that I absolutely was and showed me what my teeth would look like after I completed Invisalign, and I was in. I just finished my invisalign treatment with this office and am very pleased. Both doctors and staff are very professional, friendly, highly skilled and all work seamlessly with each other. At first I was a little nervous about not seeing the same doctor or technician every time but the staff here are very communicative and there was never a worry. It is a very busy practice but always very proactive in scheduling and always tried to accommodate both me and my daughter at the same time whenever possible. For me, they took my insurance and had very competitive pricing and offered discounts for prepayment

I can't say enough good things about this place. Everyone in the office is so friendly and welcoming. It feels like they are happy to see you and you can tell that the people working there enjoy it. They have great customer service. Additionally the treatment was exactly what I needed. They were always professional and efficient. I highly recommend this practice.

I am so impressed with the speed and quality of customer service from this office! They were able to review and turn around an ortho plan for both my daughter and I in one session (even though the appointment was for my daughter). They also did not do a heavy sales pitch which made the experience very authentic. I recommend them to anyone needing ortho consults for pediatrics or adults!

What a great orthodontics practice! I recently finished invisalign with Drs Nelson and Steinhart. Both gents are incredibly honest and caring. Today my daughter is having braces put on, and we are happy to be using this practice again. They don't just slap braces on every person that walks through the door, if you don't need braces, they tell you that, but welcome you back for check in some time down the road.

I've been a patient of Dr. Nelson's since 1999 when I was 12 years old (I'm 29 now). I've had braces, buttons, bands, spacers and appliances... "the works". The technology and their office has changed (much improved) since then, but the excellent level of service has stayed the same. I thought the people in the office were very professional and helpful. However, when my daughter's braces were removed, I didn't think her teeth were completely straight. Also, the post braces follow up wasn't that great. I had to get braces for her again...paying twice, and still I am not sure they are looking like they should. I have to go back in and have a conversation with them about it to make sure we get it right the second time. Something that is somewhat uncomfortable doing.

Sammamish Orthodontics rocks! This place is busy and has a very upbeat atmosphere. I went there for my daughters Invisiline and from the front office to the doctor and dental assistants, everyone was friendly, smiling and professional. They almost convinced me to try Invisiline! Dr. Nelson and his staff are great. I have not had any issue with them. I'm an adult who needs braces and they have been wonderful. I agree with another reviewer that Dr. Nelson doesn't push to do "the work" just because he can. I highly recommend this practice.
My only complaint would be parking but solved that problem by biking instead.
