We had a lot of trouble finding a house in South Florida where demand is very high with no inventory to speak of.
We worked with Pete Sowirka at Rutenberg Realty and he never gave up on looking and arranging showings where houses were gone before being listed in some cases. Pete kept at it and spent a lot of time looking out for us and getting us a deal when there was financing problems with our original lender. We switched to one he recommended and it went right through, so he actually did it all.
