This was one of the smoothest transactions I have ever facilitated, and I have done many many real estate related transactions. The experience was impeccable from working with my Loan Officer Michael, to working with the Processor Sanela and coordinating with the Closing Firm. The terms stated to me up front didn't change and I was given full disclosure. I was advised as to what docs to provide to clear stipulations and the stipulations weren't excessively stringent. The time it took to close the transaction was rapid (with 30 days) My business Associate took Over 60 days to close out his cash

If your loan officer is ALEX, ask for someone else. We got preapproved and tried to discuss the details of the loan, but he never would call us back. Several calls and emails and nothing but silence, very unprofessional and literally no service to speak of from a service oriented company. We ended up using another lender and will build a relationship with them instead.

Lending One is the go to lender for all real estate investments if you are an investor. Prior to Lending One I was stuck in the refinance process for about 2-3 months. I called Lending One and got in contact with Alex Fuentes and his team, best decision I ever made. Very disappointed with my first transaction with this company. I have 12 + years in real estate rental, leasing, flipping and holding. In addition, I own several other successful businesses. My FICO score is over 800. My partner and I were looking for a partner to grow our real estate business further. On our first transaction with Lending One, 24 hours before we were scheduled to close, Lending One informed us that we had to pony up $10,000 more for closing costs as "the market changed" and would only fund 75% of the purchase cost on a flip. They're a SCAM they want all this money upfront and if you don't pay it they will block your number while you are in ESCROW! These people are bad business especially Justin Seiler he's a terrible guy and they seem to be very unsupervised, all of a sudden they can't answer the phone or an email they did a complete ghost while I'm in the process of trying to buy, just wow.

LendingOne is Hands down, the best experience I have ever had with obtaining a Mortgage. Minimal documentations, fast turn around time, competent staff! Adam Freeman was my loan officer. Adam was very experienced and very straightforward. Everything he said that was going to happens did. They never changed the terms of the loan or did anything sneaky. I used LendingOne to close on a refinance deal on a single family rental property i have in Pennsylvania. Adam Freedman was a pleasure to work with from LendingOne and is a fantastic communicator. He asked questions about my situation, what I was seeking from financing and the property i was trying to cash out refinance.
