JAMES KERNAN is an experienced trial lawyer who has concentrated his practice in personal injury cases, estate litigation and business disputes. He has been Board Certified as a Civil Trial Specialist by the National Board of Trial Advocacy since 1991 and has maintained the highest possible "AV"(R) rating from Martindale-Hubbell since 1993.
JOHN McDONALD began his legal career in New Hampshire in 1987. He has practiced law in Connecticut since his admission to the Connecticut bar in 1991 and has been a partner of Kernan & Henry, LLP since 1997. Mr. McDonald's primary focus is on cases involving personal injury. He has litigated such cases in every Judicial District in Connecticut.
He is an associate at Kernan, Scully & McDonald, LLP. Mr. Scully's primary focus is on cases involving personal injury, workers' compensation and employment discrimination. He practices in the Superior Courts, Workers' Compensation Commission offices and Connecticut's Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities throughout the state of Connecticut.
